Phil,
They are not coming via Melbourne. They are operating direct Ho chi Minh-Sydney-Ho chi Minh. Looking at the schedules another is expected tomorroe. Back to B777's on Monday. But they may throw one in here and there. |

Hi Phil
Confusion reigns supreme on the net about the c/n of this airframe !! My records show c/n 366 for VN-A373 but I don't have a record of VN-A375. So after reading your post, I did some research and posted a detailed reply hours ago but it's disappeared into cyberspace. Suffice to say there are conflicts on various database and photograph sites, but I'm 99% certain that c/n 366 refers to VN-A375 and that VN-A373 does not exist. I have changed my records accordingly based on this research. I think the confusion may have occurred when some of the database sites MAY have picked up a possibly incorrect caption on airliners.net. A photograph of c/n 366 dated 30 May 2009 had a photo of HB-IQP and the caption read "This plane is now registered under VN-A373". So perhaps the photographer had incorrect information. Airliners.net has seven photos of VN-A375, three of which were taken at Tullamarine in July 2010 and in each case the c/n is shown as 366. If all this is correct, and I'm pretty sure that it is, then why has VN-A373 been skipped in the sequence of A330 registrations ? Cheers Bob |

Morning all,
It appears that Vietnam again is an A330-200. VN-A375 again is the rego. It is showing a B777 on the schedules for today and the rest of the week. But who knows, you may get A330's for the rest of the week. |
