Hey QANTAS.....check this out. An airline thats going to get enormous publicity and goodwill due to a very clever marketing ploy that in the scheme of things cost them very little. I wonder if you geniuses could come up with something clever like this instead of just complaining about everything......

Just watched the YouTube video of it. Great stuff.

Just curious though, for people that just had carry on luggage, how did they get their gifts if they didn't go through baggage claim?

Perhaps they had instructions from the staff to go to baggage claim before leaving the airport???? Not sure.

That was a great pr exercise,
I'm wondering if that flight was chosen as all the passengers where returning home, you wouldn't want to have to drag a 50 inch tv with you on holidays?

I hate to say it but it bought a few tears to my eye.
