True Michael, but if you look closely he isn't flying on any dangerous 747's.

One wonders how he is getting to the airport - after all, that's the most dangerous part of his journey!

How so? What a sweeping statement. Have you ever travelled on SQ's premium product on a regular basis?

This is a bit extreme Arthur...most F pax I've spoken to prefer the 744 F product over the new F "bench" and 380 'Suite' - also the last flight I did last October on SQ's 744 which was close to 20 years old would prob be one of the best looking cabins - I couldn't fault it at all. It was factory fresh. In SQ's defence they do work hard to keep both the outside and inside of all their planes looking immaculate.

Just go to SQtalk.com and get a feel for how much the 744 F product is a favourite.

Kenny - Thanks for the heads up. For all the usual crap that a simple post generates, I appreciate the heads up. We need to grab as many opportunities as we can to enjoy the SIA 744s.

With all due respect, I think the 'usual crap' you're referring to was all contained within that 'simple post'.

Default SQ Fleet

Did someone say they only had 7 747-400's in the fleet?
Last count was 20...maybe there's a cargo aircraft in there as well!
