Find plane info from mode s code

Hi,
I just saw an aircraft over northern Melbourne with mode s code 7CC39A, can anyone help me find out what the aircraft is?

I think i found the registration 24-8292

From my records. (ignore 'military', VRS sees the mode-s code as such)

Sorry, I have another one I can't ID 2143A5, Is there somewhere i can look for these? I have been using Airframes.org but it doesn't have this one

2143A5 isn't a valid ICAO. Likely someone has incorrectly programmed their transponder.
