September 24, 2008 - 4:48PM

One person has been killed in helicopter crash in Sydney's south-west.

An ambulance spokesman said a person, believed to be the pilot, had been killed in an aircraft accident near Vicar Park Rd at Luddenham just before 4.30pm (AEST).

A number of ambulance vehicles were attending the scene, he said.

The Rural Fire Service said the crash involved a helicopter, which had crashed into a nearby paddock.

No other details were available.
