Default Kudos to Tiger, SATS and CTA

Mods: not sure of appropriate forum, feel free to move as necessary.

Just wanted to acknowledge the efforts of Tiger Airways, SATS and Charles Taylor Aviation who went well out of their way to assist me with the safe return of some rather expensive hand luggage I left in the Kuala Lumpur LCCT recently.

Flying Tiger KUL/SIN with the family and managed to leave my camera backpack, complete with body, lenses, photo viewer, HD video cam, etc behind in KUL. Only realized the unthinkable had occurred on arrival at Singapore. Many hours of phone calls ensued, as well as most of the next day at Changi, but eventually it was located in the security checkpoint office at the KUL LCCT.

The Malaysian security "authorities" refused to release the bag, but some fantastic work from SATS who eventually secured the release, CTA who were the ground handling agents and Tiger cabin crew who hand carried the bag on a flight the next evening, meant that i was able to smile again, and didn't need to go through the rigmarole of insurance claims, nor lose the 800 odd images on the SD cards.

When I fly low cost, I don't naturally expect the type of service I did receive. Thanks to each organization for the superb effort.
